I looked into setting up an account like that but found a much cheaper option. Check out
www.kinek.com They have locations at most of the major border crossings between Canada and the US where you can have your online orders shipped to. As soon as your order arrives they send you a text message and email letting you know its there. They only charge you a few bucks for each pacakge, the one I use only charges $3, but some charge $5 or a bit more.
The one I use is on Wellesley Island, NY
www.kinek.com/anchordev but Kinek also has locations in:
Calais, Maine (
www.kinek.com/johnsons)
Derby Line, Vermont (
www.kinek.com/normanjensen)
Richford, Vermont (

Champlain, New York (

Niagara Falls, New York (

Detroit, Michigan (

Marine City, Michigan (

Pembina, North Dakota (

Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan
I heard about them at
www.shiptotheborder.com. You register for free with Kinek, choose your location, and then order your packages like you normally do, but send it to the shipping address they provide you with.
I've saved tons shipping to these places!
