Reduced Sales tax rate shopping

I see that there are a lot of people who goto NJ for their shopping trips. The ST rate in NJ is 7%, but if you goto Enterprise Zones, then you get that rate cut by 50%. So if you goto Jersey Gardens or the IKEA located in the same zone, your sales tax is 3.5%. Also, Jersey Gardens is the biggest outlet mall in NJ. In the same zone they have IKEA and a Toys'R US store. Its right next to the Liberty airport. The website is

Easiest way to get there is Exit 13A (Both North and South) of the NJ Turnpike(I-95).
